They settled next to a [[Rampseed Field|field]] of leeks and went into business selling [[Grandma Genevieve's Ramp Soup™]]. This initial district was called [[Vieve]]. As business started to grow, they built the [[Winchester Ramp Factory]] and from there built a business empire with a wide variety of interests. The [[Winchester Family]] were soon displaced by [[The Knights of the Hedge]] as the leaders of the city and he operators of the [[Winchester Product Company]]. They were responsible for any civic art projects including [[The Weavery]], [[The Revolution]], and [[The Weavery, Too]]. [[The Knights of the Onion]], who dealt primarily with pharmaceuticals under the name [[Onion Health Inc]], were also a main player. [[The Aggro Conflict]] saw the town torn apart by conflict over [[Aggro Star]] and [[Aggro Stone]]. The feud was about the utility of these materials, but also the spiritual implications. The end result was the formation of [[The Knights of the Onion Hedge]] as a new governing body and the biulding of [[Meteor Town]] as a tourist attraction. With the [[Rampseed Field]] barren, the [[Winchester Ramp Factory]] expanded and the area became industrialized. This brought pollution to the river. In an effort to mitigate this, The [[Lore Justine Memorial Filter]] was constructed on the river to clean the water for downstream residents, notably the wealthy neighborhood of [[Miller Heights]].
