Stories tell of five brothers who were the progenitors of the five clans. **[[The Era of Friendship]]** 423-475 A time of growth. Though the title sounds nice, many of the future troubles of Ferreland had seeds in this era. This time saw the arrival of the giants to the land and the manifestation of oracles among humans and giants. **[[The First Magic Rebellion]]** 475-483 Undefined **[[The Second Magic Rebellion]]** 484-497 A clash between man and giant over something concerning oracles. The humans were led by a cruel man named Fordham, whose son, Kamen, would go on to unite the country and be known as Ferrel. At the end of the war, Kamen struck an alliance with the giants. **[[Ferrel's War Against the Five Clans]]** 497-504 Anti-giant sentiment led to a civil war amongst the clans because of Kamen's alliance with the giant's. The war ends with Kamen uniting all the clans and giants, and taking the name Ferrel. **[[The Golden Age of Ferreland]]** 504-709 A long period of prosperity overseen by Ferrel and his descendants. Among other thing, it saw the building of Carthel University and the discovery of the Starplasm process.
